We aim to keep the workflow clear and professional. This policy explains when refunds may be processed and how the mechanism works.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if the service has not started, or if a cancellation is requested before the main execution phase begins.

  • Cancellation before work begins
  • Administrative errors from our team
  • Changed needs that we cannot continue

2. Not Applicable After Work Starts

Once the work has begun, the proposal or service has been executed, or materials have been delivered for approval, the payment is generally not refundable in full.

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, we will process it within 7–14 business days after the request is verified.

4. Milestone-Based Services

For projects divided into milestones, payments already used for the ongoing stage remain valid according to the agreed terms.
